Cécile Godde: Research Scientist

Cécile is a Food Systems Research Scientist of Agriculture and Food with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) in Australia. She is passionate about the challenges in relation to agriculture, food security and global change, at the farm level as well as in a national and global context. Her main fields of scientific interest include: drivers and trade-offs of land-use dynamics; livestock; grazing systems modelling; climate change and climate variability (impacts, adaptation and mitigation strategies); soil carbon sequestration. Cécile is also one of 80 female scientists who have been selected worldwide to participate in the world-class leadership, strategic and science initiative and outreach for women: the Homeward Bound Program, which culminated with a month training in Antarctica.

Cécile develops data visualisation tools for LiveGAPS.
