The LASC Productivity Tool Privacy policy may change over time.

External Platform Account Authentication
The LASC Productivity Tool does not store login credentials for
any external platforms (such as Twitter, Facebook or Youtube). The LASC
Productivity Tool uses the official APIs of those services to perform
authentication.
Accounts for other platforms authorised with The LASC Productivity
Tool are only used to access content requested by authorising users.
Authenticated accounts for external platforms are used to access
content on behalf of the authenticated User.
Data Usage
The LASC Productivity Tool is only able to access data which is
available publicly on external platforms.
The LASC Productivity Tool caches and analyses text to provide
generate aggregate statistics about the external platform data.
User Data Deletion
The LASC Productivity Tool implements a Data Deletion Request mechanism, which is designed to conform to the current practices of external platforms (e.g., Facebook). Users of the LASC Productivity Tool can request that their data be deleted when they remove the LASC Productivity Tool through the external platform (e.g., Facebook). Upon submitting the request to delete data, the user will be provided with a confirmation number and a link to a human-readable explanation of the status of their request.
