2022 Best Award IEEE TIFS

In December 2022, Dr. Ming Ding and co-authors won the 2022 IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award! Only one paper from IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (TIFS) is eligible for this highly competitive award across the IEEE signal processing society each year. This award was given to Dr. Ming Ding and the other co-authors in recognition of their pioneering paper on the convergence analysis of differentially private federated learning. Their work has laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent research on distributed AI and machine learning while preserving people’s privacy.
