Project Management
This module introduces you to the foundations and principles of project management. We explore the scope and phases of projects and consider how your projects can be better managed. This module combines theory with practice, as we apply new-found knowledge to real projects. We will consider the challenges you may encounter in projects and the best way to achieve your project goals.
