Our Evacuation modelling work featured on COSMOS magazine

The bushfire evacuation modelling work conducted by Dr Dhirendra Singh was featured in the COSMOS magazine on the 28th of October 2022. The article discusses on how the modelling system derives insights on an evacuation plan using the behavioural patterns of individuals at the time of an emergency. One of the key factors used to determine the behaviour of an individual is their interactions with their surroundings during the emergency. This is used to build the evacuation simulation scenarios.
