Enhancing smallholder linkages to markets by optimising transport and logistics infrastructure

CSIRO is evaluating options to reduce logistics costs to small-scale farmers, and contributing to infrastructure policy.

CSIRO is working in Indonesia and Vietnam to promote development and access to markets by applying TraNSIT technical modelling coupled with social science to identify institutional requirements and arrangements with decision makers.
