OAI-PMH Provider

Overview

The Data Access Portal uses the interoperability standards for metadata harvesting from Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH).

To harvest the public metadata from the Data Access Portal use the oaiprovider.

View valid query parameters for OAI-PMH at protocol requests and responses.

The Data Access Portal uses a range of metadata formats see ListMetadataFormats.

All publicly accessible Data Access Portal collections can be retrieved in RIF-CS and Dublin Core formats.

ANZLIC	Publicly accessible DAP collection records that also use the ANZLIC schema (note, this is a sub-set of all publicly available DAP collections). Note that due to an error, DAP collection records that use the Marine Community Profile of ISO19115 will also appear under a request for ANZLIC records.	example for collections in anzlic

Sets are lists of collections grouped for a repository, funder or research facility.
Access the ListSets.

Some, but not all, sets will have all records available in ANZLIC format. All sets will have all records available in RIF-CS and Dublin Core.
