Local partners empowered to drive innovation in the Central Highlands

May 28th, 2025

Stakeholders of the Central Highlands Innovation Cluster, a partnership between CSIRO – Australia’s national science agency and the five Central Highlands provinces, convened in Dak Lak to discuss priorities of the Cluster to foster innovation for sustainable agricultural development in the region.

Over the past three years, the platform has helped stimulate an enabling environment for innovation, enhancing cohesion and collaboration among innovation actors including researchers, businesses, policy makers and farmers, and catalysing innovative solutions in response to agriculture sector challenges.

Looking ahead, the local partners – Tay Nguyen University and Western Highlands Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute (WASI) – will step up to lead the Cluster, ensuring its continued positive and sustainable impact.
