Join us to shift the dial on plastic waste

Globally, 75 per cent of plastic produced is becoming waste. To help address this, the Plastics Innovation Hub Vietnam, which will be launched tomorrow (23 Jun 2022) aims to significantly reduce plastic waste in Vietnam through key stakeholder collaborations and science and innovation excellence.

The #PlasticsHubVietnam is an initiative of the #Aus4Innovation program and part of Australia’s national science agency – #CSIRO’s Ending Plastic Waste Mission, which has a goal of 80 per cent reduction in plastic waste entering our environment by 2030. The Hub will be a vehicle for collaboration, bringing together local communities and governments, businesses, and investors to undertake action-based projects to reduce the impact of plastic waste.
