We are thrilled to announce the three projects winning the Aus4Innovation Partnership Grants Round 4! The managing agency CSIRO proudly celebrates the below successful grantees:

  • Geospatial tech for enhanced farming – Imagine a world where every farmer can access real-time data about their crops. Thanks to the University of Southern Queensland – Australia and Vietnam National Space Center, this is becoming a reality!
  • AI for carbon farming – Griffith University and Hanoi University of Science & Technology are leading the charge to transform carbon farming in Thanh Hoa Province, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices and revenue opportunities through carbon credits.
  • Digital traceability & certification for sustainable farming – Through the collaboration of Griffith University and Vietnam’s Commission of Standard, Metrology, and Quality, smallholder farmers will now ensure their agricultural practices meet global standards with AI-powered certification and traceability, fostering trust of users and sustainable agriculture practices.

These grants, totalling AUD 1.45 million, pave the way for groundbreaking initiatives that bolster agriculture and make farming more sustainable and efficient.
