Creates a new Criterion using the input region. Any elements within this region will be pass the criterion; any elements outside it will fail.

• Default label: "Region as element criterion"
• Member of plug-in: Mesh
• Catalogue path: Mesh/Regions

Inputs:
Region		CSIRO::Mesh::Region
All nodes must pass		bool	If enabled, if any one element is outside the region, the entire model will fail against the criterion.
Outputs:
Element criterion		CSIRO::Mesh::ElementCriterion
