Duplicates an element state on a MeshModel, giving it a new alias.

• Default label: "Copy element state"
• Member of plug-in: Mesh
• Catalogue path: Mesh/State modification

Inputs:
Source state name		QString	The name of the state to be copied.
Target state name		QString	The name of the state once it's been copied.
Mesh model	Modified-in-place	CSIRO::Mesh::MeshModel
Outputs:
Mesh model		CSIRO::Mesh::MeshModel
