Viet Nam: Resource Efficiency Policies

This report has been produced under an agreement between ESCAP and CSIRO to strengthen the capacity of Viet Nam’s policymakers to analyse the economic, social and environmental effects of resource consumption and the benefits of decoupling economic growth from natural resource use and its environmental impacts.
