Rainfall-induced recharge dynamics of heavily exploited aquifers – a case study in the north-west region of Bangladesh

October 6th, 2021

Spatial variation of the quantity of year-averaged recharge deficit at the monitoring well sites in Barinds

Recently published results of a study to quantify the relationships between groundwater levels and rainfall recharge in the north-west of Bangladesh.

The study analysed 32 years of groundwater level and rainfall data from 137 monitoring wells.
