Features

Housed within a B-Double trailer, the facility features automatic, expandable bays that rapidly deploy into a spacious, operational-grade command hub. Both front ‘A’ and rear ‘B’ modules can be used separately or combined, accomodating up to 30 operators, each with configurable multi-monitor stations and overhead mission-status screens.

Large-format outdoor screens on each module provide VIP viewing zones for mission activity and foster public engagement at outreach events.

Powered by a battery-backed solar system with generator fallback, the MOC ensures uninterrupted off-grid operation. Its resilient communications suite — featuring satellite, 4G, integrated radio, and vibration-tolerant servers — delivers robust mobile computing and connectivity.

When fully deployed (26 m long by 6.5 m wide), the MOC delivers NASA-style situational awareness, redundant data links, and highly flexible workspaces — ready to support space and remote operation missions across Australia.
