Waste Strategy Summit

In February 2022, Denise attended the 4th Annual Waste Strategy Summit in Sydney. She spoke about the risk-based approach our team takes to address impacts on wildlife, people, and economies from waste, focusing on drivers for litter losses into the environment, and waste policy effectiveness. She also spoke of how the team is using AI for multiple applications, including identifying and quantifying waste leaking to the environment and identifying vessels and on-water activities.
