Filming rubbish in rivers

Last week team members TJ, Justine, Denise, Chris and Noah braved the winter cold and headed out to rivers around Hobart. We filmed rubbish floating down the river to obtain training data for the AI models we are developing to detect trash items in rivers.

Highlights of the day included seeing some baby ducklings and bundle of eels! Another highlight was getting back to the office to defrost our hands :-).
