In May 2018, the ‘Pulse’ survey explored ‘Shifts & Rosters’ as a topic of interest. Additional items explored community attitudes towards even-time rosters, with shorter cycle duration (e.g. 4/4) for residential employees and even-time rosters (e.g. 7/7) for FIFO employees, considering both in relation to how they impacted various elements of community and family life.
