The Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing team feels very privileged to have worked with the following scientists and post-graduate students on joint research projects.
- In 2018 Brock worked as a post-doc researcher in the team specialising in fisheries compliance and behavioural analysis.
Brock is currently a research fellow with the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies at James Cook University.
Camille Couzi holds a Master of Science in Advanced Marine Engineering from the University of Toulon, France. From 2016-2017, she utilised her skills in marine instrumentation, Matlab programming and data processing in an IUU project at CSIRO. She planned and undertook field work and the installation of moored hydrophones in the Flores Island area, Indonesia.
Camille is now working at AMC as the Field Engineer for the ARENA AUSTEn project, for which she is in charge of planning the field campaigns for the full feasibility assessment of high-potential sites.
- Kimberley Opie joined CSIRO in 2006 after completing her bachelor degrees at RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), Victoria, Australia. She specialises in development of software solutions, particularly for large volumes of spatial data, acquisition and analysis of remotely sensed data and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data management and spatial analysis.
