In this video, Anna demonstrates how to measure organic carbon in a pre-processed sediment sample using the Loss on Ignition (LOI) method, a straightforward and cost-effective technique in blue carbon analysis.

Anna also demonstrates how to prepare sediment samples for elemental analysis using acidification, an essential technique in blue carbon research.
