Biography

Angela leads the Risks to Groundwater Resources Team in the Groundwater Management Group. Her current work focuses on environmental risk and impact assessment for regional-scale resource developments, including mining, hydrogen and renewable energy.

Angela has a comprehensive background in sustainable water resource management, leveraging extensive multidisciplinary experiences in research, fieldwork, and laboratory analysis. At CSIRO she works with teams of scientists to develop innovative solutions to manage Australia’s groundwater resources for communities, industries and the environment across the country. Her proficiency in geospatial techniques and data management enriches her approach to managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects. She has a Masters degree in Groundwater Hydrogeology, Geographic Information Systems and Remote sensing, along with a wealth of field experiences. Angela is committed to assessing groundwater resources for environmental impact assessments and policy guidance. Her commitment to fostering collaborations and her adeptness in translating intricate scientific findings into accessible reports underscore her valuable contributions to the field.
