Whilst individual Environmental Futures team members deliver their expertise to a variety of research projects, below are the more focused projects that the broader team is contributing to:

Predictable Environmental Futures – Our team is delivering into a new strategic initiative of CSIRO Land & Water. Predictable Environmental Futures (PEF) will build on recent CSIRO research, such as the Australian National Outlook, to catalyse establishment of a national integrated environmental prediction and foresighting capability, both nationally and globally. An integrated prediction and foresighting capability will help position Australian society to adapt to meet growing demand for water, energy and food within sustainable limits, while maintaining the natural systems on which human prosperity and well-being depend.
