The C3 booking software keeps a record of each experiment, sample, barcode and sequence that you enter into the system. These data are ordered and can be searched. This page allows you to find which sequences were in which plates (barcodes), when the experiments were run, and which sample_IDs were assigned to a particular sample. The ‘All column search’ box will perform a simple string matching search of all of the fields. This is where to turn when you need to know on what day a particular sample was run (useful for recovering samples from C3) or at what temperature a particular plate was incubated.
This information is accessible from the Left-hand menu in the booking software, or from the ‘Load Sequence History’ link in the NanoDispenser, LCP and Stability booking forms.
