What to do if you lose track of your password, or lock yourself out of C3?
What you see when you lock yourself out of C3!
You should receive an email with the following text:
“Your password has been set to: <insert randomly generated password>
You will be asked to change this password next time you log in to the booking software.
Please note that this will change your password on both the booking software (https://C3.csiro.au/login.do) and on See3″
If that fails, please email us.
Your username will always be the email address that is linked to your account.
We recommend setting your password to something strong, i.e. eight characters containing three of the four character subsets (lower case, upper case, symbol and/or numeric).
