Macquarie Fields High School – Aerotropolis – Sustainable public transport
This student group has looked at ways to reduce pollution caused by transportation. By introducing sustainable public transport methods such as maglev trains the group was able to come up with sustainable and efficient ways to transport residents of Campbelltown and commuters of the future Western Sydney Airport.
The group has also assumed the role of city planners and have redesigned zoning of Western Sydney to harvest renewable energy for the community.
