Software

The CEM team develop, maintain and contribute to a variety of software packages. The foundation for most of the teams modelling studies is the Environmental Modelling Suite (EMS). EMS includes coupled hydrodynamic, sediment and biogeochemical models that are typically used to predict the environmental dynamics of bays and estuaries, through to the upper continental slope. The modelling system can be used with both ‘z’ and ‘sigma’ coordinates. More information can be found on the EMS page.
