Land-Surface

CCAM currently supports two land-surface models. The CABLE land-surface is more advanced, supports vegetation tiles, changing land-use and a carbon cycle. But the older CSIRO9 based scheme is also supported for specific applications. CCAM also supports an urban canopy parameterisation Urban Energy and Climate Model (UCLEM). This parameterisation can be customized to explore various urban planning scenarios.
