Data Validation & Release

ASKAP produces science-ready data products that are freely available to everyone after they have been validated and released. All scheduling blocks are tagged with a specific processing strategy when they are created, and this determines which outputs will be produced and uploaded to the archive. Validation and release generally happen within two weeks, ensuring prompt availability of new observational data.

ASKAP’s data archive is called CASDA – the CSIRO ASKAP Science Data Archive. It is available at the following location:
